

They will then appear in a drop-down list under owner. If you do delegate tasks then go to the owner tab and list the people you delegate your tasks to. Right-click on your mouse and select hide. You can auto-sort the tasks to list them according to the due date or priority. You enter the due date, the owner and add notes if you have any.
